Order Discrepancies
At USMedicalStore.com, we stand behind our products, as well as our service. Please examine your order carefully upon arrival. If you find an error was made, call Customer Service immediately and we will issue a Return Authorization number. All shipping discrepancies and damaged package claims will be honored when communicated to USmedicalstore.com within 10 business days from arrival date.
Returning Policy
USMedicalStore.com will exchange or reimburse you for the cost of product (freight not included) for any item returned within 30 days. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Exceptions to this return policy include custom-ordered items (for which no returns are accepted). All returns must be unopened, not expired and in saleable condition. To obtain RMA number, please contact us by email using feedback form.
Returns Policy for defected products
If you believe you received defected product, please contact us immediately by phone (800) 646-2680. We can exchange it without any fee.
